Golf Cart Registration

Under City Ordinance (15-643, Section 36-165), any resident that wishes to operate a golf cart on designated streets within city limits of Port Richey or New Port Richey must have their golf cart inspected by the Port Richey Police Department and registered with the City.

When you're ready to have your golf cart inspected call Dispatch to request an inspection. When the inspection is complete, take your inspection form to the Utility Billing Department at City Hall.
